e: 6.25 mile interval/hill run.

f: breakfast: buttermilk pancakes with bananas, black berries, grapes and strawberries with maple syrup. (9th street market)

dinner: homemade pasta with homemade sauce (leftover) with mushrooms chopped in.

later: (out with friends at Bubby's in TriBeCa) 2 home-made buscuits with cranberry juice.
