I haven't tried it, but in general you can't 'spot train'. That said - there are certainly foods that will bloat you. Avoiding those will help with a flatter belly. I'll be curious too, to hear what anyone has to say that actually follows the diet!
I'm with Lela. I'm not convinced there's anything you can do to specifically suck away the fat from your abdominal area, but I've also heard of specific ways to keep from getting bloated. For instance, I've heard that wheat is a no-no if you want to avoid bloating.
