It’s amazing what a total of 21 1/2 hours of sleep over the course of the past two nights has done for my overwhelmed self . I’m calmer. I’m happier. I’m feeling much less likely to pull a Britney and shave my hair off in an act of “I’ve-lost-it-all-including-my-mind” insanity.
I still have lots on my plate but I feel much more prepared to just sit down, organize my life + take it all on.
