Fitspiration for the day! What’s everyone one doing to get back into the Monday routine? I’ve been dragging my feet this morning avoiding the gym…It’s beautiful out so I decided it’s time for a run, right now, I desperately want to sit on my bean bag chair and eat something yummy….but! I’m not going to, gonna run then have a big bowl of healthy and satisfying fruit. I’ll feel 100 times better and I wont regret it. Cheers to good decisions! Make some today <3
