You’ll find a plethora of answers to your first questionbut in my experience and researchwhen you work out doesn’t matter. At all. It’s if you work outwhat you dofor how longand how often that matter soso much more!

I always recommend that people to work out whenever they can best fit it into their schedule. I work out on my lunch hour. My sister works out after work. A few of my coworkers work out before work.

Experiment with going to the gym at different times of day to see how you feelhow busy the gym isand how likely you’ll be to go at that time most days of the week.
