Fiber One versus Allbran

Trying to increase my fiber intake, I've started eating fiber cereal daily. The two that pack the most punch are Fiber One and AllBran. I had been getting Fiber One...tastes pretty good, I even munch on it as a snack sometimes. Then, my grocery store didn't have it one week, so I got AllBran instead. Not so good. If you're looking for a high fiber cereal, stick to Fiber One.
