
Good Afternoon:
I am afraid I am on a bit of a breakfast tear today. So far my eats today have been yogurt topped with cereal, peanut butter and banana english muffin and a bowl of cereal for snack.
I love breakfast so much and as you know I could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner... but I am sure that would bore you to tears... I will try to be a bit more creative with dinner! I promise! Although... eggs do sound good!
I had a busy morning and after I was done working, I ran some errands and got home a bit late and wanted something quick and nutritious, so reached for my favorite:
Peanut Butter and Banana on Ezekiel English Muffin 1
Food for Life Exekiel 7-Sprouted Grain English Muffin
1 tablespoon
Natually More Peanut Butter 1 small banana sliced
This was amazing... this a fresh batch of english muffins and it was oh so good!
I was still sort of hungry after an hour so went ahead and had a cereal bomb snack:
Puffins + Fiber One Cereal Bomb 1/2 cup of Puffins
1/2 cup of Fiber One
1/2 cup of Silk Vanilla Soy Milk with Added Fiber

I have been a little carb heavy today so need to balance out the rest of my day with some veggies and protein... we shall see what I come up with.
Off to pick up the kids from school.
