f/e 6/11

e: 2.6 mile interval speed run, 4 sets 10 relay sprints, jump-rope, .5 mile warm up and cool down run, abs/back.

f: breakfast: a peach, a banana (later) pineapple, melon, berries, a mini-mini muffin and a mini-mini lemon bread slice.

snack: 1/2 cup nuts and dried fruit.

lunch: veggie sub with oat bread, onions, cucumbers and pickles with oil and vinegar.

snack: peanut butter m&ms

dinner: homemade guacamole with garden of eatin' chips, raw green beans.
