e: 4.3 speed interval with intense hill at end, upper body lift, abs/back.

f: breakfast: a banana, two organic white peaches.

lunch: veggie masala burger on health nut bread with 1/2 avacado, corn and chili tomato-less salsa and pineapple salsa.

snack: an orange.

late afternoon: steamed brocolli, black beans with onions, garlic and salsa.

dinner: dried mango.

snack: air popped pop corn in organic cold pressed olive oil with honey and sea salt.
