e: 2.62 miles speed interval run, 4 sets 10 relay sprints, jump rope, upper body lift, .5 mile warm-up/cool down run, abs/back.

f: breakfast: an orange, a banana

lunch: a salad with spinach, avacado, carrots, tofu, onion and tomato with goddess dressing, an organic pumpkin cookie with maple syrup frosting.

snack: 1/2 cup dried fruit and nuts.

dinner: shaag bajee (spinach, tomato, onion) with naan.

snack: pirates booty.
