This morning I did something I haven’t done probably since college. I woke up early, ate breakfast, then went back to sleep for two more hours. It was awesome.
Breakfast was at 7:30 and was oatmeal for a change!
+ a hard boiled egg!
For the oatmeal I used 1/2 cup oats with 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk + 1/2 cup water. Fresh blueberries and Peanut Butter & Co’s Cinnamon Raisin Swirl pb to top!
Twas a big pillow of peanut butter, that’s for sure!
And then after I ate I snuggled back with Ryan and Dexter and didn’t wake back up till 9:30! I guess my body needed the extra sleep?! I’ve got a big week coming up!
I’m off to do a quick 2 miles on the upstairs treadmill then officially start the day.
Question: in preparation for my final interview next weekend I was thinking about doing a series of separate wine posts this week. I’m interested in not only learning more myself, but also finding out what YOU all are drinking. Any thoughts?
