Everything in Moderation for the Holidays

There are lots of things you can do this season to avoid the unhealthful choices that often accompany holiday cheer:

1) Get a little of everything rather than lots of one thing, which ensures you get a balanced meal and don't overload too much on fatty dishes.

2) For each glass of alcohol you have, drink a glass of water to wash out any accompanying toxins.

3) Make mixed drinks with real fruit juice.

4) Put out available food in smaller quantities so people don't over-serve themselves. If the quantities start to diminish, simply put more food out as needed.
