Ever since this morning when I woke up an hour and a half early and hence ate breakfast an hour and a half early, I’ve been hungry for everything an hour and a half early. I didn’t know I was so scheduled but obviously I am! It’s disturbing and ridiculous and making my day rather frustrating.

Anyways it was an amazing cup of coffee. I added a generous pour of soy milk since it was going to be my snack, and I added 3 splendas and a shake of cocoa powder to make it a sweet treat.
Well… I was hungry about an hour later. The idea of coffee for snack just isn’t going to work, no matter how much soy milk goes in there . So I had the other half of my half sandwich from lunch.
mmm… yummy sandwich. And to follow suit with the earlier part of the day I was hungry for dinner at 5pm!
I was really frustrated to be hungry so early but I forgo trying to live with the hunger pangs and just made my left over dinner.
Yum! Artichoke and Pea Lasagna and TJ’s Red Pepper and Tomato Soup. Left over lasagna is one of my favorite foods to become left overs, and the soup with the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses was just perfect!
Very yummy and early dinner. Hope I don’t get hungry before bed. ‘Night bloggies.
