I made these up on the fly the other night and they were just delicious!
Green Fruit Salad:
1 zucchini peeled (use a potato peeler and peel off the skin and throw away the skin then peel the rest of the zucchini lengthwise)
1 cucumber peeled the same way
1 avocado cubed
6 spears asparagus halved
