Good Morning everyone. I have such a busy day ahead of me. Great way to start off summer right . I would much prefer staying in my pajamas all day and watching cheesy romantic movies… sigh, oh well the world never stops.
I massively carbo loaded yesterday. I’m using FitDay to journal my nutrition and calories right now as a little experiment, and my carbs were more than 50% of my daily calories. So I knew this morning was going to need to be some protein. Eggs! Love ‘em.
So today I have a long to do list, including a final… but it’s no biggy.
Today’s To Do’s
In this breakfast, 2 fried eggs in a small amount of butter and seasonings, 1 slice of oroweat healthy protein bread cut in half and smeared with some grape jam. Yummy-ness! I know jelly and egg seems blah, but I think it’s amazing. Max was very hesitant to try it and I converted him .
