Eric and I made the big move from College Station to Dallas this weekend. I thought I was going to have internet until Friday, but I lost it on Thursday. Anyway, let's tackle some Fast Food! In this fast paced world, we often eat what is convenient instead of what is healthy. Fast Food restaurants can be tasty, convenient and cheap, but they are also calorie bombshells. A seemingly innocent sandwich, can cost you 2,000 calories faster than you thought possible! Let's go over some of the healthiest options at your favorite fast food spots.
