This is easy! First, a serving is like, a cup or handful. You can start your day with fresh juice. Have fruit as a mid-day snack. Now, I know some people --like myself -- have a hard time eating raw fruit. Try poaching pears and apples in port! My neighborhood bagel place chops up red onions, carrots, red and green peppers into little pieces and mixes it with cream cheese. This is divine, I tell ya! Always have a raw salad and a cooked veggie at dinner. Don't forget things like sundried tomatoes, added to sandwiches, dips and pasta. Make your own pasta sauce with lots of sauteed and roasted veggies.
