I have a favorite fruit salad recipe that is just plain, simple nutrition and I usually start just about every day with this combo.
Eating healthy nutritious food is NEVER boring. I know when we're not doing it, we tend to think that it's too difficult to implement and too boring to maintain. Eat this fruit salad and see if you're bored or if it's too hard to make!! And don't just limit it to breakfast. It's great any time of day.
APPLE, PINEAPPLE,GRAPES, CANTALOUPE OR HONEY DEWMELON, BANANA, STRAWBERRIES OR BLUEBERRIES, (whatever is in season and available)
RAW PECANS OR WALNUTS, VANILLA YOGURT(Stoney field Farms is superb because it's only sweetened with natural cane juice)
