I’d probably get bored of eating apples three times a day, every day! I prefer to take a cardio supplements, like CardioMatrix, which combines all these nutrients:

• omega 3 fatty acids,
• phytosterols (research shows they help to regulate normal cholesterol levels),
• folic acid (studies show this helps to support arterial health)
• CoQ10 is a vitamin-like substance which gives energy to every cell. CoQ10 is concentrated in the heart which requires the most energy to perform its functions.

It’s hard to keeping eating the right kinds of food every day so taking a supplement every day can also be equally protective for heart health.
