Eating and Common Cold

Here is a list of foods to eat when you have a cold and want to get better (If you can think of any others, please post them.)

Black Cumin

Blueberries

Garlic

Ginger

Lemon

Oats

Onion

Rosemary

Thyme

Orange

Well, foods high in Vitamin D would be a great way to go, but those are few and far between. Sun dried mushrooms and fatty fish are two that have it in reasonable doses. But taking Vitamin D supplements is really the best way to get the Vitamin D that will help to ward off colds and flu.
