Eat your heart healthy!

Forget about less being more when it comes to a healthy heart! A new study from Wake Forest University found that eating on average, as little as two and a half servings of whole grains a day can make a big difference in heart health. 285,000 subjects who ate things like whole-wheat flour, oatmeal and popcorn, had a 21 percent lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease than those who ate a fifth of a serving.
