Remember Catherine Oxenberg from Dynasty and the Princess Di movie? She is a Princess of Yugoslavia, if Yugoslavia still were ruled by royalty. I had the opportunity to interview her a few years ago and I was dying to know how she -- being glamourous and a princess, after all -- kept her looks.
She said that she did scrimp on things, like getting her dishwasher fixed, in order to get the freshest, organic and best quality foods. She shops at Whole Foods. She feels that you really are what you eat and you simply cannot scrimp when it comes to food. No generic cans of peas for her!
Eat like a princess!
