Eat Garlic for Health!

According to Dr. Clinton T. Bellamy, (author, doctor, attorney, entrepreneur), eating garlic has many health benefits: helping with circulation, cholesterol, as an anti-fungal, helping with vitamin absorbtion and may even be a cancer preventative! Dr. Bellamy, who owns a hot sauce/condiment company, has this important suggestion: after peeling your garlic, let it sit for at least 15 minutes before cooking. This will allow enzymes to develop that are important for health. Garlic is considered the most potent of the allium family.
