It has been a great day so far! I was able to teach Boot Camp and then scoot out a few minutes early to catch the Earth Day Celebration which turned out to be such a treat. The kindergarteners worked so hard and the production was really quite impressive!
I ran errands after class and picked up my new Miss Me Jeans that I got shortened. I already think they are too tight but I guess they are mine now and that I just have to get over it! I am just not a hip girl, you know!
For lunch I made a wonderful salad. I am trying to use up all the groceries in the house because we are gone for the next few days and I really do hate to waste food.
2 cups Red and Green Romaine Lettuce 1 cup Mann's Broccoli Slaw 1/2 cup Matchstick Carrots 1/2 an orange bell pepper diced 6 Grape tomotoes 2 oz. shredded rotisserie chicken 1/2 cup garbanzo beans 1/2 oz of Feta Cheese 2 slices of avocado diced Sprinkle of pepitas

They worked really hard on this production.
Zoe's big speaking part!
On to the next, hand therapy, packing, working and Grey's Anatomy!
