Don't Get Rid of Your Cow's Milk!

No need to throw away your cow's milk in favor of soy just yet. According to a recent study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, muscle-building protein in cow's milk is actually two times more effective than the same protein in soy milk. While lots of celebs insist skim milk helped them lose weight, sadly, that remains anecdotal, and the Nataional Dairy Council stopped sporting that as a "fact" since subsequent research doesn't support it.
