Dear Thirsty,
The only drink you should have 5+ times a day is water. That is it. Any ingredient that can not be pronounced is man made and is not real food. The only thing our body really needs to thrive is real whole food. Stop drinking anything that has additives on a regular basis. It simply isn't good for you.
My suggestion taper it down to 1 a day and start looking at fun ways to spruce up your water like adding lemon or lime. Also if you are craving that kind of a drink you need to eat a real breakfast like steel cut oats with berries or grated apple on top to keep your blood sugar level and feeling full.
Keep well and eat real.

I started drinking propel about 2 years ago as a replacement for high calorie, high sugar drinks like bottled iced teas and fruit drinks. Since it has very few calories and is called a water beverage I figured it's fairly healthy. I have been drinking at least 2 a day 5 days a week for about 2 years. I like to drink them at work instead of plain water or the junk they sell in the vending machines.
So I've felt like this has been a positive health choice, but I'm wondering if there might be a downside to my favorite bottled beverage. There do seem to be a lot of unpronounceable words in the ingredients list. My question is this, is there anything in those ingredients that could be harmful/unhealthy when consumed at this frequency?
