Good idea... here we go:

- Canned tuna with whole wheat bread/crackers

- Yogurt (pack it with ice)

- Turkey and low-sodium cheese on whole wheat

- Hard boiled eggs with whole wheat bread

- Hummus dip with whole wheat crackers

- Cream cheese & low-sodium ham sandwich

- Chicken breast & low-sodium cream cheese sandwich

- Peanut butter snack with whole grain sticks

Pack a pint of (frozen) milk / chocolate milk in the lunch box (with ice or frozen if you live in a warm climate)

Good luck!

Some great ideas already! A few more:

- cottage cheese + canned pineapple

- pitta bread filled with grilled chicken and cream cheese

- ants on a log made with whipped cottage cheese and raisins

- egg salad sandwiches

- felafel + hummus (my little brother loves finger food so just dips them together!)

- Greek yogurt mixed with cereal/fruit (use tupperware and layer like a parfait)
