
Broccoli is a fantastic vegetable. Unfortunately, like all veggies from the cabbage family, it can make you bloated, especially if eaten raw. There are 2 reasons for that: the sulfur content and the high fiber content. Fortunately, there are ways to deal with it.
- Raw broccoli: you can use BEANO BEANO HOME before you eat.
- Cooked broccoli: blanch the broccoli by boiling them 1 or 2 minutes before using them in a recipe.
