Diet With a Co-Worker & Kick Sugar With A Buddy -- Or Inspire Others to Get More Sleep!

Posted Dec 18 2008 7:33pm

An interesting weight-loss trend is afoot here in New York City.

It's called the "Co-Worker Diet," and it basically involves tackling that battle of the bulge with a colleague at work.

Read this enlightening New York Post article from Marina Vataj about losing excess flab with a co-worker.

By the way, one of the features of my soon-to-be launched private membership program is the opportunity to find a kick-sugar buddy.

I just love this buddy approach. Actually, I have an idea for those of us who too often burn the midnight oil.

Those of us who are sleep-deprived too often should band together and start encouraging each other to get more sleep! (This way, we may not get sick as I recently did! )

Special thanks to Kenneth in the 212 Blog for alerting me to the popular New York, co-worker weight-loss strategy.
