diet for gastroesophageal reflux

Posted by Sthelenairene

I have acid reflux laryngitis or silent reflux- gastroesophageal reflux. I need to know what foods to eat and what to avoid. I do not have heartburn or any of the other typical syptoms of acid reflux- just  hoarseness and the need to clear my throat and a slight dry cough.
