Happy Friday to you! Just a very quick post to let you know that the next Detox 101 class, to be held on Monday the 7th of December, will now run from 7pm to 9.30pm. I have extended the duration of the classes by half an hour as there is always so much to cover and I want to ensure you get the best possible value from the class and get your questions answered.
