Dairy Free, Protein Packed Ice Cream

I made the most delicious ice cream today!! (without an ice cream machine :D)!!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream:

1 TB all natural Nut Butter

1 TB Brown Rice Syrup (can be omitted, it just makes for a creamier ice cream)

1 cup Coconut Milk

1 TB Truvia 

1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder

 1. Melt Nut Butter, Brown Rice Syrup, and Coconut Milk together in microwave (20 secs), or over low heat on the stove.  

2. Stir in Truvia & Chocolate Protein Powder. It should be the consistancy of cake batter.

3. Pour into tupperware & place in freezer. Stir every couple of hours. Should be set in about 8 hours, or overnight.

 4. Enjoy!!

*(Also works well with a few drops of Peppermint Oil in place of the Nut Butter) YUM!!!

Sounds yummy!

I am looking out for truth and safety in the most extreme ways when it comes to good heath and I must advise against the use of Truvia or Purevia made by Coke and Pepsi Cola as a chemically altered form of Stevia. It causes an array of digestive and othe potentially dangerous systemic issues if used in any long term capacity.

Just looking out for all of our wellness!

I don't want anyone to be led down the wrong road by these huge company's contributions to what they claim to be considered a safe and suitable product so they can carry on making record short term profits, while the human consumer base pays the long term price.
