I love crunchy salads, so the CSK Cabbage Hemp Salad is right up my alley. It is loaded with crunchy cabbage, bell peppers, fresh herbs and creamy avocado. Are you hungry yet? It is also sprinkled with Hemp Hearts, which happens to be another one of my favorite things. I have been sprinkling Hemp Hearts on everything from salads to oats. Yum!

Rainbow Cabbage Hemp Salad
1 1/2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
1 1/2 cup finely shredded green cabbage
1/2 -1 whole avocado, pit removed and diced
3 tbsp Udo's Oil DHA 3-6-9 Blend
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsps diced green onion
1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
3 tbsps chopped cilantro
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Massage and mix with your hands to tenderize the cabbage and cream the avocado. Give it some love! Serve.
Oh my goodness, this salad is a winner!! It is loaded with all the good fats. Hemp's omega 3-fatty acids, Udo's 3-6-9 fatty acids blend and the good fat from the avocado. Don't worry you will not get fat from this salad, on the contrary, this health salad will give you a heavy dose of health.
