Control Your Appetite With Color

The next time you see those Golden Arches and crave that junk food, think about this. Colors give off different wavelength frequencies, and these different frequencies have different effects on us. When light enters through the eyes or even the skin, it travels along neurological pathways to the pineal gland, which controls the daily rhythms of life. So you will see a lot of red and yellow at McDonald's because it stimulates the appetite. If you want to eat less, try looking at or being around the color pink - it has been proved to suppress appetite and stop stress-related snacking. Go Pink!

Well, you know what this means. I'm going out today and purchasing glasses with pink lenses.
