Company Touts Sugary, Caffeine-Laced, Herb-Filled Product That Allegedly Improves Your Bedroom Performance

As always, I contend that we don't need sugar, caffeine and other strong herbs to pump us up so that we can perform better in the bedroom. Which is why I'm quite concerned about a new beverage that just hit the market.
You see, the rather unsubtly named "Turn On: a love drink" -- a concoction that contains glucose, sucrose, and caffeine, as well as guarana, schizandra, ginseng, and ginkgo biloba -- is being hailed as improving your performance in the romance department, FoodNavigator.com reports.
Frankly, I suspect that this beverage does a lot more than create "a feeling of warmth and sensuality," as its literature promotes.Instead, I'm fearful that this drink -- which the literature desribes it as "not suitable" for children, pregnant women, and diabetics -- could cause considerable stress and shock on your poor body.
A better, more healthy way to get in the mood is to cut out the sugars, caffeine and over-intense herbs and instead eat healthily and exercise. Now that's a safe way to get your romance going.
