Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

Take the benefits of probiotics in this delicious and healthy smoothie:

Ingredients:

 

200 gr apple, cut into small pieces

200 ml apple juice

450 ml vanilla yogurt

½ tsp cinnamon powder

¼ tsp nutmeg powder

 

Direction:

Process all ingredients in blender until smooth.
