Who wouldn't want to have a chocolate shake for breakfast?! After 30 minutes of circuits this morning, I was ready for some food! Luckily, I have plenty of Juice Plus protein shakes to satisfy both my and Andrew's health needs. He had French Vanilla while I am currently having Dutch Chocolate.
It has such a rich chocolate flavor, and when blended with 1/2 a banana, it becomes pure perfection! I am planning on making a pumpkin spice one pretty soon, but need to cook my pumpkin first... Please excuse the mess in the background of this picture, I really need to clean up my work...
Before work this morning, I will be running (eh, driving) to Mariano's grocery store to pick up a few odds and ends and then working on a little homework before visiting the pumpkin farm until 6:30PM! Woo, long day ahead of me :)
What is your favorite post-workout breakfast/meal?
