Happy Birthday Joey G!!! This was my girlfriend Joey's favorite cake, so I whipped one up for her special day today. Deep, rich chocolate cake and frosting with a yummy raspberry filling. This time I left out the coconut oil, and we all liked it better. It had a deeper bittersweet chocolatey taste.
