Coconut and chocolate, my two favorite ingredients. This started out as a filling for chocolate truffles, but turned out so tasty, we ended up eating most of it on it's own. It reminds me of a date and nut bread consistency. It's very moist and chewy. I'm still playing around with some other uses for this yummy snack. Suggestion: Using a cookie cutter or jar cap, cut out small shapes, fill with Crazy Coconut Ice Cream (or your favorite filling) and freeze. |
