This was fun! I had some leftover coconut ice cream and raspberry sauce in the freezer. What to do? Make a walnut, raisin and coconut crust, top it with a thin layer of fudgy brownie, fill it with coconut cream, and top with some raspberry sauce and chocolate syrup!!!! Bringing this to a friend's house tomorrow for St Patty's Day Dinner. Okay, so it's not green...but it's yummy!
