I made a cherry smoothie using 6oz nonfat cherry yogurt, 1/4 cranberry juice, 3/4 blueberries, and 1c cherries. Was sooo so so good, and FILLED with antioxidants!
Thanks for the great recipe! I will try this and I'm sure many other combinations would be great too. Did you use any ice at all or the yogurt thickens the smoothie enough?
