Old favorite tonight for dinner. I made sauteed perogies with a little olive oil, onions, garlic and green peppers. I remember being so excited when my mom used to make this. I changed it up a bit and added the green peppers. I wanted a way to add in more veggies and use up some stuff in my sorry excuse for a freezer (its verrrrrry small). I think the peppers were a little freezer burned or something because they came out kinda mushy. Oh well, still tasted good!
We got to eat at our new table on our new place mats tonight! I was excited, felt like I was a real grown up. Its funny because as a kid, I would have done anything not to eat at the table. My, how times have changed.
