
Hi spek... they need to be cooked. You can boil them until tender (10 minutes in pressure cooker or 30 minutes on stovetop, or 8 hours in slow-cooker), then they are ready for all sorts of yummy treats. Good fiber, protein and carbs all in one package. You can eat them simply boiled, added to couscous, or even make your own hummus - see recipes below.

just soak them overnight and eat them in the morning once rehydrated?
