Ask and get specific -- ask yourself how committed are you to your health and well being? Daily are you proactive and immersed in building health? That might include activities like; like walking, drinking a ton of water, eating well, eating clean ( organic, without refined ingredients, less meat) taking your vitamins! OR are you sedentary, a victim of the typical american diet and a victim of your health? Lack of energy, being overweight and often getting sick would all fall into that category.
