For about six months now I have cut out most sugar and all processed food from my diet. I also have stepped up with my exercise, which I didn't know that I could do since I already was spending approximately four to five days a week working out...hard.
So, why have the pounds not dropped off? I feel so much better, have lost inches and have more energy. I am stronger from weight lifting and summer activities but what about the ten pounds. Do I have to starve myself to lose weight?
I am a healthy eater but would love more guidance on the science of losing weight. Being a rebel I am a lousy dieter but this time I am determined.
