I guess you could, but why would you want to? I know alot of people are all about being gluten free these days, but is the fear of gluten really necessary? It seems that people who have food allergies often really have a problem with their immune system. So, it's not necessarily the gluten causing the problem, but the weak immune system.
Balance is the key to a healthy body, and I believe you need a balanced diet with some grains, or at least plenty of fiber. To achieve real balance, you need to cleanse the body daily with antioxidant rich drinks and nourish with nutrient dense, whole foods. Once your body comes into balance, you can eat just about anything you want (within reason for a healthy person) and it won't throw your body out of whack.
