Calcium Rich Veggies

If you don't like milk or have allergies, never fear, there are other ways to get your calcium for the day. Try soybeans, almond and green beans. All of these are rich in calcium. Broccoli and oranges contain lesser amounts of calcium as well. If that's not enough reason to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet, they are all fiber rich and low fat to boot. Do you get enough calcium?
