The low fat muffin still contains a whopping 24.5g of sugar and nearly 10g of fat. Sure, it’s better than having a whole blueberry muffin (like I used to) and it saved me oodles of kcals but still a hi cal treat (337kcal)! Could have had a whole nutritious meal for that!
Still – it was rather lovely…the coffee was delicious and the muffin was really orangy and moist.
It’s good to know the figures sometimes and it’s good to forget them sometimes!!!
