Burgers & Fries and Pies. Oh my!

You went on a binge. A big one. Your diet is completely blown. So what do you do now? Grab a bag of Cheetos and carry on?

Of course not. Use these five tips to get back on track.

1- Give yourself a break. Nobody eats perfectly all the time.

2-Get back on your diet. NOW! Don't wait until tomorrow or Monday.

3-Schedule an extra work out session. It'll make you feel proactive.

4-Drink plenty of wate to flush out the toxins.

5-Write down what you eat for the next few days. It'll help keep you in control and make you feel good to see how healthy you're really eating.

I would also add that your upcoming meals should be very high in fiber, to help scour out the yucky foods. Additioanlly, I would consider eating dry, simply prepared or raw foods for a while. Cereals, raw veggies, sashimi... this would help nourish you while making you feel cleaner. Forgo all the chemicals!
