My mom bought me admission into a cooking class of my choice at a nearby culinary school. It was so fun. My sis in law and I got to hang out, cook delicious food & eat it too!

Segment 2: Broccoli Beef Stir Fry (pardon my less than par cell phone pics)
Combine beef with soysauce, cornstarch, and rice vinegar. Let sit 1 hour. Heat the oil in the wok and cook the beef with the ginger and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin and cook 1 min. Add broccoli & chestnuts bring all to a boil and thicken with slurry

Segment 2:

1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
2 tblsp soy sauce
1 tblsp cornstarch
2 tblsp rice vinegar
2 tblsp canola oil
1 tblsp minced garlic
1 tblsp minced ginger
2 tblsp oyster sauce
2 tblsp mirin
1 cup broccoli, blanched
3 water chestnuts peeled and sliced
cornstarch slurry
